The phenomenon of NFT, cryptocurrency and digital-based transactions shifts some conventional legal components to become electronic and digital based. The concept of smart contracts, for example, was introduced after the increase in related transactions. In addition, the increasing use of artificial intelligence also has its own legal consequences. NFT, another example, has become an object of study that offers various issues to be discussed and discussed.
